As COO and CCO of Metropolitan Capital Advisors, an activist value hedge fund, and Managing Partner of HODL.vc - the incubator behind MoonPay - Dora was a Founding Executive and Board Member of MoonPay, now one of the leading crypto payments platforms. She brings extensive experience in traditional investment management coupled with a deep understanding of the digital asset ecosystem.

At Sesame Vault, Dora is responsible for building and implementing a world-class financial and operational structure aligned with the company’s growth objectives and strategy. Her focus is institutional-grade rigor that earns trust from clients and regulators alike.

As a trading executive with 15 years of experience managing fixed income and equity derivatives businesses for major financial institutions and blockchain companies, Nicolas understands the technical and operational precision required by Sesame Vault's clients.

At Sesame Vault, Nicolas architects the firm's platform, ensuring that the infrastructure meets the highest standards of security, scalability, and performance.

As the Founder and Chairman of DAIR Capital, Darren has spent his career at the intersection of structured finance, risk capital, and emerging market structures – bringing a commercial lens that bridges the institutional world Sesame Vault serves and the digital asset ecosystem in which it operates.


At Sesame Vault, Darren leads strategic direction, investor relationships, and business development – translating product capability into commercial impact.

As Head of Regulatory Compliance and Chief Legal Officer at Sesame Vault, and a former official at the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) – the first U.S. regulator to establish a comprehensive cryptocurrency framework – Ted brings firsthand experience inside a regulator overseeing stablecoin issuers, with deep familiarity with today’s stablecoin regimes. 


At Sesame Vault, Ted leads regulatory engagement, oversees the company’s compliance validation engine, and shapes legal and regulatory strategy in coordination with outside counsel, ensuring clients remain ahead of evolving frameworks such as the GENIUS Act.

Marie spent over 15 years leading Hedge Fund and Asset Management Sales within Fixed Income, covering rates, FX, and macro credit and equity products. She brings extensive experience in institutional capital markets and a deep understanding of building and managing sophisticated client franchises. She has advised the most sophisticated hedge funds, asset managers, and global banks, with deep expertise spanning interest rates derivatives, global sovereign debt, front-end rates, credit and equity derivatives, FX options, and other structured solutions across the macro spectrum.


At Sesame Vault, Marie serves as Head of Strategic Finance and Partnerships, leading the firm’s client franchise across stablecoin and corporate reserve managers and overseeing banking relationships that support new product development and custodian strategy.

Alex is a serial entrepreneur with three prior exits across institutional finance and fintech.  He is a co-founder of LiquidLP, a NAV lending platform serving LPs and RIAs, and has built and scaled multiple ventures across capital markets infrastructure and digital assets.

At Sesame Vault, Alex serves as an advisor, opening senior banking and institutional capital relationships.  His background in institutional finance and fintech informs the firm's broader commercial and strategic direction.
